Complete an application by clicking on the “Apply Now” button. Once submitted, all applications are processed with 24 hours. In some cases, move-ins can be completed same day!
Rental criteria differ between each property. Typically, residents will be denied due to poor credit history, poor rental history, or criminal history. Contact the resident manager before applying to discuss if you believe you have an issue. Rental criteria will be sent via email.
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. If there is an application currently on a unit, you will be offered a different unit. If your application is not processed, your application fee will be returned.
All leases, rental payments, work orders and more are handled online. Each resident can access their tenant portal to sign a lease, pay their rent, or complete a work order. You can also send a text to onsite management via text through the tenant portal.
All residents can complete a work order, this notifies all staff via email and alert. You can also text (208) 935-3133 or call (208) 639-2588.
